I love black tea but have always found the green stuff to be pretty much undrinkable. (Which is precisely why scientists keep discovering more reasons for me to have to force it down.) Dr. Darling assures me that green tea has come a long way since I last gagged my way through a cup of it, and now comes in almost as many flavours and varieties as black tea does. I'll believe that when I taste it.
In the meantime, I could really use the alleged cognitive benefits of all those anti-oxidants because I'm currently enrolled in a project leadership course through work that would probably be really interesting if it wasn't being conducted ENTIRELY IN SWEDISH.
Which is not to say I'm not getting anything out of it because I am. But following the lectures and participating in the group exercises requires such an intense level of concentration that it sucks all the fun out of it.
Thankfully the instructor has promised to bring me an English version of the workbook tomorrow. I just hope our HR director (AKA "The Swedish-language Gestapo") doesn't find out.
